The best, most useful and safest method of weight loss is a natural way to spend the reserve of energy in the form of fat: that is, more exercise and less high calorific food!

  • Increase your calcium intake.   • Eat protein with each meal. Maintaining muscle mass during weight loss is essential because it contributes to a more accelerated burning of calories. Make sure that protein is the only part of a well-balanced diet. Protein should make up 15-35% of your food.
  • Reduce fat intake, increase vegetables and fruits intake
  • Green tea reduces appetite and has plenty of good nutriments like anti-oxidants, minerals etc.

Exercise!

More than 30 minutes a day or 150 minutes a week is a must.
